Pastry Cook
We are a French bakery located in Manhattan offering quality handmade products to our customers.We provide authentic French pastries/desserts and excellent customer service which made our reputation.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pastry cook to join our enthusiastic team asap. The candidate must have a significant experience in preparing and baking French products from scratch.
Must be able to:
-Roll and bake viennoiseries (croissants),
-Prepare doughs,
-Prepare and bake snacks, lunch items
-Prepare , bake and make desserts
all in accordance with our recipes.
Requirements:
- -Must be legal to work in the US, IMMEDIATE HIRING
- -Must have the Pastry and Baking Arts diploma
- -1+ years of pastry and baking, dough preparation, preparing item from scratch experience required
- -Food handler required
- -Committed to mastering the techniques of producing viennoiserie at the very highest level
- -Strives for continuous improvement and is eager to learn and grow
- -Possess a passion for viennoiserie, inquisitive mind, and an eye for quality
- -Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively as a member of a team
- -Has a general passion and understanding for all aspects of the baking process: mixing, shaping and baking

- -Ability to follow recipes and French techniques
