Our products include milk, flavored milk, yogurt, dip, sour cream, cottage cheese, Italian cheese, and ice cream mix marketed under the Upstate Farms, Bison, Milk for Life, and Intense Milk brands.Job Summary:The HR Analytics Administrator supports HR staff to analyze work process design and flow, recommend improvements processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.Supervisory Responsibility:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS including implementation of new modules, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Provides daily support, addressing user needs and system challenges.
  • Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Configures and customizes HRIS settings and features to meet organizational requirements.
  • Meets with users to develop, maintain, produce, and distribute standard and custom reports and queries.
  • Stays up to date on latest HRIS trends and software upgrades
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
  • Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and related software.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with HRIS, UKG experience preferred.
Pay: $58,600 - $76,200 a year**The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
