We are seeking a new Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Aerial Yoga instructor to join our team. Your role will be to lead pilates classes with expertise in mat-base and equipment base exercises, provide personalized instruction and modification to accommodate varying fitness levels and individual needs, demonstrate proper technique and form, ensuring safety and effectiveness of movements.. As a member of the Reform Nation department, you will work with our team and report to our facility manager. What You Will Do: Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients. Design and develope class plans that promote stenght, flexibility and core stability Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Athletics Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of clientele Passion for health, fitness and holistic wellness. Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management. Salary range for this position is $30 per hour (plus bonus/commission).
