You will be responsible for defending employers and insurance companies against workers' compensation claims, and work closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Requirements Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in California3+ years of experience, preferably in workers' compensation defense Responsibilities Defend employers and insurance companies against workers' compensation claimsProvide legal advice and representation to clientsConduct legal research and draft legal documentsAttend hearings and depositionsNegotiate settlementsMaintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the caseManage a caseload of workers' compensation casesStay up-to-date with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations If you are a highly-skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with a passion for providing excellent legal representation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
