Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to aspiring freelance graphic designers
- Develop personalized action plans to help individuals accelerate their side hustles
- Motivate and inspire side hustlers to overcome challenges and achieve success
- Offer guidance on branding, marketing, pricing, and scaling strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in side hustles
- Collaborate with other coaches and mentors to foster a supportive community
- Create content, including articles, videos, and presentations to share insights and tips
- Conduct workshops and webinars on various side hustle topics

Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Excellent visual and communication skills
- Proven experience in successful side hustles or entrepreneurship
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand and adapt to different individual needs and goals
- Passion for helping others succeed and achieve their side hustle ambitions
- Continuous learner with a growth mindset
