Brandon Blackwood New York is looking for a Summer Intern to assist their Wholesale department. The position requires the candidate to be present on-site for 2-4 days per week, but the schedule can be flexible. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, but college credit will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion and wholesale.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the department in preparing wholesale reporting and visual guides
• Track/Organize sample requests between departments and clients
• Communicate with approved clients to relay necessary information
• Compile shipping and sales reports
• Assist with daily office duties
• Pulling weekly sales data for Major Accounts
• Pulling ATS reporting and preparing communication to send to Accounts
• Merchandise and organize the showroom prior to and during market appointments
• Coordinate and manage all sample lend-outs for wholesale accounts

About You:

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft programs
• Strong interest in luxury fashion
• Experience working as part of a team happy to help out where needed
• Solution-oriented and hands-on
• Passionate about Brandon Blackwood, with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic

Requirements:

• Must be able to receive college credit
• Based in NYC
• Available 2-4 days a week (in-person)
