Responsibilities:
Design and develop web applications using Python and either Django or Flask frameworks.
Implement user-facing features and functionalities using ReactJS and CSS libraries.
Integrate back-end APIs with front-end components to ensure seamless user experience.
Contribute to Python back-end code for financial applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional applications.
Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience developing web applications with Python and either Django or Flask.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS and CSS frameworks.
Understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and secure data handling practices.
Experience working with relational databases/SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the financial industry and a desire to build innovative solutions.
Bonus Points:
Experience with dash enterprise (plotly, data_table etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
