Primary Responsibilities:As an Associate you will support a team with a range of financial services, which require the following responsibilities:
  • You will be a part of a team to analyze client's current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver financial planning using e-Money and other tools
  • Serve as on-going liaison between advisors and custodian, managing account openings and maintenance paperwork for clients
  • Support advisors by organizing and preparing needed meeting and marketing materials, quarterly reporting and other client mailings
  • Provide assistance with practice management related data gathering, tracking and reporting
  • Assist with the timely completion and submission of all client related transaction requests
  • Manage and administer the quarterly client reporting process
  • Enthusiastically advocate the values, ethics, and unique approach our company takes to personal finance and financial planning.
  • Data Management. You must maintain all data in various systems and follow designated workflows and compliance procedures.
  • Take part in tax planning and preparation throughout the year for clients
Ideal Candidate Profile - Our Casting Call!
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of financial services experience preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of e-Money, Schwab and Fidelity preferred, but not required
  • Team player who welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
  • Attitude that no task is too small and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done on time
