We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals that provide high touch, top notch service to their clients. The candidate will join a talented team of investment, wealth management, and advisory professionals who serve the investment needs of many high-net-worth individuals and families.

The Wealth Management Associate role is a position on the National Sales Team which operates in a capacity to further develop and service the client base and enhance existing client relationships. They are responsible for implementing and executing various investment strategies to meet our clients specific financial needs. The position may be filled at a Specialist or Senior level depending on the experience of the candidate and the needs of the Financial Advisor Team. The position requires the individual to hold a Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses. In addition, an active insurance license would be an asset to service our clients. He or she will spend the majority of time on relationship management activities, acting as a key point of contact for clients, attending client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, and presenting both existing and new products in an effort to meet our clients financial needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and own the client onboarding process
  • Document client interactions and provide team with time sensitive updates
  • Execute on team service model
  • Developing, and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy
  • Engage specialists/partners to address client's needs
  • Attend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and track all actions/activities to ensure highest level of client service
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations
  • Qualifications

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations in support of Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s).
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in the financial service industry; working with high net worth individuals is a plus
  • Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills are required.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services
  • Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions
  • Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution
  • Own their own portable existing book of business equating to approximately $500 Million in assets or more
