PBNA $20.50 per hour**$20.50 per hour** * Must demonstrate Safe behaviors * Must read and speak the English language * Must be customer oriented * Ability to work under cold conditions in a refrigerated warehouse temps @ 32 degrees * Ability to work outside on the ground under all weather conditions * Flexibility to start times * Flexibility to fill all job positions within the warehouse as trained * Ability to lift approx. 65 lbs. * Computer knowledge - Ability to follow system direction while scanning a pallet and depositing the pallet. * Forklift Certification preferred but will provide training * Familiarity in using a CLAW and CLAMP but will train * Truck Loading experience preferred but will train * Demonstrate Good Manufacturing Practices * Experience in an Automated Warehouse Environment a plus * Knowledge of TPM a plus * Team player RESPONSBILITIES * Responsibilities of a warehouse worker in Jersey Loading Tractor Trailers using a forklift * Unloading Railcars using a forklift * Put Away Pallets using a Quad Forklift * Picking cases to customize customer orders * Ability to perform accurate system transactions High School Diploma or GED Note: This role is currently part of the PepsiCo organization, but as a result of an announcement made on August 3, 2021, this role is planned to transfer to the new standalone Juice Joint Venture entity owned by both PAI Partners, a European Private Equity firm, and PepsiCo, contingent on final regulatory approval and closure of the related deal.
