****What Youll be Doing:****
As a Production Lead, youll be assisting the production supervisor by supporting and training employees. This position is responsible for maintaining order accuracy, assisting with inventory counts, and working to maintain a safe work environment. Youll play an active role in ensuring all SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs are being followed. As a Production Lead youll partner with the senior leaders of various departments, gain knowledge of all sides of the business, and exude leadership qualities and / or have experience in leading others.
****Schedule & Pay:****
* Starting at 19.00/hr + $500 Sign-On Bonus*
* Approximately 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
* Shifts vary by department, but most require weekend work
