The Production Supervisor will assist in overseeing and leading the Operations teams. The person in this role will lead and coordinate all operations teams assigned to ensure that we deliver our boxes on time and up to Sunbasket standards to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers. The Production Supervisor will drive operational efficiencies in the assigned area by managing daily tasks ensuring adherence to processes and procedures. He or she will be committed to producing quality products in accordance with food and safety guidelines.

**Schedule:**

* Tues-Sat, 5:30AM-3PM (OT may be required)

* Weekend Availability required

**What you'll be doing:**

* Assist in overseeing labor, safety, quality and overall system and process effectiveness In the Operations areas.

* Implement productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.

* Assist in analyzing process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.

* Assist in providing hands-on management for Sunbaskets manual and automated pick and pack distribution, and food handling processes.

* Provide leadership and daily guidance to the assigned team; this includes task such as approving timecards and ensuring all monthly training is completed by each team member.

* Ensure that all SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs are always being followed through the facility.

* Assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy and efficiencies.

* Ensure that ERP system (Navision) is current, accurate and has all needed information daily

* Conduct assigned daily checklist and End of Shift handoff.

* Ensure that all areas of the production areas are clean, neat, and organized.

* Ensure a safe working environment for all team members, in compliance with all federal, state and local agencies.

* Oversee and exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow and accuracy.

* Help develop a culture of excellence while holding the team accountable for the core values.

* Develop career growth opportunities for other team members.

* Maintain accurate staffing levels for production, partnering with Human Resources for forecasting.

**Who you are, and why you're right for us:**

* 2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably in the food or agricultural industry) running a large-scale manufacturing warehouse, and/or working in operations at a start-up.

* Ability to communicate duties, task policies and procedures to the team through hands on and classroom style learning.

* Ability to plan and prioritize workload, read and follow written and /or verbal instructions accurately in English.

* Ability to work in a fast paced, organized team environment with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Must have ability to work flexible schedule

* Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.

* Must have a passion for high standards of quality and food safety and possess Sunbasket, Inc.s core values

* Clear communication, verbally and written and excellent computer skills including ERP system experience for inventory management.
