**NEW HIGHLY COMPETITIVE WAGES!**Ginsberg's Foods in Hudson, NY is looking to hire a full-time Night Warehouse Associate! No experience required!Do you consider yourself a night owl? Then ditch your gym membership and come work for Ginsberg's where you can determine your own pay AND have Fridays and Saturdays off!Pay: $22.00/hr with the ability to earn up to $30.00 - $33.00 in higher level tier base pay as soon as 30 days of employment with five more opportunities to change your pay after that. Plus, earn an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential on top of your hourly rate! If thats not enough, we offer biweekly and quarterly incentives on top of your hourly pay! Weekly Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5pm - 1:30am with mandatory overtime when needed on working days.Overtime is available after 40hrs and is paid weekly!To perform this job, you must be able to comfortably lift and maneuver cases that weigh up to 80lbs. Essential Job Requirements:
- Uses an automated voice pick system to pick orders from the dry, cooler, and subzero freezer sections of the warehouse.
- Be able to lift/move up to 80lbs throughout the shift.
- Be able to to go up to elevated heights of 20ft to replenishes product in the appropriate pick slots.
- Loads pallets of product onto trucks using warehouse rolling stock.
- Builds and wraps pallets in a manner that allows for safe transport of the product.
- Safely handles product in compliance with all food safety standards.
