**Position Summary:**
The Warehouse Assistant will be an integral part of our Supply Chain team. The main focus of the Warehouse Assistant will be to seek to build value and quality into the entire organization by participating in fulfillment, distribution, warehousing and other supply chain related tasks.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Pick orders from their assigned bin location by using WMS software
* Picks/Packs/Ships all orders accurately and efficiently
* Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties
* Conducts training and cross-training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility
* Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
* Assist in counting physical inventory and inventory control
* Operates equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions
**Experience and Minimum Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
* Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
* Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
* Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
* Good communication, organizational, time management and basic mathematical skills
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred

**Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:**
* Choose whether overtime/extra hours are anticipated.
**Physical Requirements**
* Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment
* Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
* Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
