VP, Workday HCM - New York - up to $250,000

Our esteemed client, a leading asset management firm based in the bustling hub of New York City, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Vice President, Workday HCM. Position Overview:

As a VP Workday HCM you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the payroll operations within the organization. Your expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all payroll processes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the enhancement of payroll systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Workday HCM and Workday Payroll Systems
  • Use Workday to optimize and automate manual processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on technology matters including reporting. troubleshooting and systems integrations
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.
  • Work on ad-hoc Business System improvement projects
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll and Workday HCM, providing training and support to end-users as necessary.

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or Workday HCM.
    • Proven experience managing business systems.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
