Role: Treasury Manager, VP
Overview: Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the firm s treasury operations including cash management, debt management, investment settlement, cash projection and other financial affairs. Establish and maintain treasury policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily management and reporting of cash activity and cash flow projections
Process electronic disbursements
Facilitate investment transaction settlements
Manage subscription line facilities and employee loan program
Responsible for custody reconciliation
Opening and maintenance of bank and custody accounts
Manage investment of excess funds
Periodic review and analysis of banking fees
Administer investor banking instructions
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
Manage bank and brokerage relationships
Evaluate and recommend banking products, services and platforms
Assist with insurance coverages or specialized financing as needed
Assist with special projects and presentations as required
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting required
7+ years of relevant treasury experience preferably in the alternative asset industry.
Ability to work in dynamic environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and work ownership
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of online banking systems
