Our client, a leading independent boutique investment bank, is looking to hire a VP or Director into their Infrastructure Group in New York.
This team advises a broad range of sponsors on M&A and capital raising transactions. Whilst they are considered a market leader, the group has serious growth ambitions and joining at this time offers excellent career growth opportunities.
Candidates may come from PUI, Infrastructure or Energy & Renewables sector teams, or alternatively Project Finance. Significant transaction experience, including the ability to lead either an M&A or debt-raising process is key. Excellent client-facing skills are essential.
