One of the world's largest alternative investment management companies is looking to hire a VP of Fundraise Management. They focus on direct control investments in real estate, infrastructure, credit and private equity.
Job Description
The main focus of the role being the support of the fundraising lifecycle for private equity closed-ended funds, ensuring all stakeholders in the organization contribute their expertise to the design of the fundraising strategy and coordination of all stakeholder groups in delivering their respective roles throughout each stage of the lifecycle.
In this role, the Vice President will:
- Lead the close-ended Fundraise Management team in all stages of the fundraising life cycle, collaborating with internal functional partners and business group leads as well as interfacing investors with and external advisors.
- Develop and implement strategy for generating investor interest and driving momentum, working closely with Client Relationship Managers to meet quarterly and annual fundraising objectives
- Strategically review fund-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations and other documents related to private funds
- Coordinate road shows, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, including open-ended funds
