PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST HAVE RENEWABLE ENERGY ASSET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

We're looking for a Head of Asset Management who will play a key role in managing our renewable energy projects. This role involves overseeing contracts, operations, maintenance, performance analytics, optimization, and reporting for our diverse portfolio, which includes solar energy systems, battery storage, and potentially other areas as our portfolio grows.

Who You Are:

  • You're meticulous and experienced in asset and project contract management, including handling service and supply agreements, as well as operations and maintenance for renewable energy or power assets.
  • Skilled in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they meet all contractual, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in working with teams at all levels within an organization and with external partners.
  • Knowledgeable in managing a business's profit and loss and familiar with how solar and storage assets are valued and utilized across different markets and utility programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead an asset management team while remaining hands-on.
  • Manage the execution of project contracts to ensure value delivery to partners and joint portfolio profitability.
  • Maintain consistency in project execution across various regions, markets, and configurations.
  • Optimize project availability and revenue by managing third-party operations and maintenance providers.
  • Achieve project milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance project speed, investment value, and overall performance within a specific region.
  • Ensure compliance with all project and enterprise contracts by managing processes and procedures.
  • Oversee project budgeting and operations to maximize value.
  • Lead and support the Asset Management Team, ensuring high performance and responsibility.
  • Work closely with Accounting & Finance and other departments to report on financial performance, forecast future results, and uphold safety, profitability, and consistency across projects and regions.
  • Take charge of all asset-related integration, field services, commissioning services, commercial operations, and analytics.
