Bernardaud, a leading name in the luxury porcelain industry, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Ambassador for the United States, based in New York. This strategic position is tasked with optimizing the presentation of our products in our retailers' points of sale and promoting the values of our Maison. The role also includes leading the Bernardaud Institute, an organization dedicated to training and promoting the French art of living, with a particular emphasis on table arts.
Key Responsibilities :
Merchandising Strategy and Visual Management : Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance the value of Bernardaud products. Create compelling product displays to stimulate interest and sales.
Training and Animation of the Bernardaud Institute : Conduct enriching training sessions for sales teams, focusing on Bernardaud products and the art of table setting. Play a key role in animating the Bernardaud Institute, promoting excellence in the French art of living.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and sales partners to ensure consistent brand representation. Provide regular support and information to store staff and specialists.
Analysis and Reporting : Monitor sales trends and inventory, evaluate point of sale performance, and propose strategic improvements.
Events : Represent Bernardaud at key in-store and industry events, reinforcing the brand presence and engaging the community.
Preferred Profile :
Bachelor's degree in business, design, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury or tableware sector.
Passion for training, culture, and the French art of living.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate and inspire.
Creativity, developed aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
Availability for frequent travel.
Proficiency in English required, French appreciated.
