Core Responsibilities
This is a VM/graphic designer(70/30) role that will work with and support the creative and retail team. This role will own visual merchandising under the direction of the SVP of Creative & Content. Main job responsibilities include; concept/execute visuals for the NY store windows & gallery space, seasonal VM guidelines, maintain the NY store, update rails & mannequin looks, work on seasonal window concepts with our partners & iterate concepts for other locations. Support pop-ups & events. When not working on vm this role will work as a graphic designer on a range of assets from email layouts, vinyls, digital banners, and other projects as needed. We are a small collaborative team and encourage everyone to participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas and concepts.
Requirements/Role:
2-3 Years VM Experience
Must be in New York City, this role requires in office/store days.

Generating sketches of visual displays
Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display area
Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays
Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose
Review wholesale and partner images and give recommendations and guidelines.
Work with our partners to ensure cohesive retail visual language & experience.
Must be able to work on your feet, climb a ladder, and capable of lifting
Knowledge of store operational and visual merchandising standards
Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes
Monitoring costs and working within budget
Availability to work: days, nights, and weekend
