The VP will look to build the New York Perm team over the next two years as we continue to become the go-to staffing agency for Executive Support roles in New York. We have big and ambitious growth plans, and you will be an instrumental part of that growth and success. You will lead a team of 4 that has a fantastic mix of experienced consultants and exceptional junior talent. As someone passionate about motivating, developing, and coaching, you will work closely with the team to nurture their careers and drive performance.
