Vice President Sales and Marketing - Senior Living

$200k - 250k + generous bonus scheme

Location - New England

Redford Hearth is recruiting for a Vice President to lead the Sales and Marketing function of a well-established and highly regarded Senior Living company. The organization has a head office in Boston, however due to the nature of the work, a remote location with ability to travel to Boston on a monthly basis will work.

The company has been in the industry for over 30 years, from one community to now having over 30 communities in their portfolio, spanning Independent Living, Supported Living, Memory care and Homecare. The organization currently operate in 4 Northeastern states with a focus on high quality communities which can cater to individuals along a care pathway.

As well as leading Sales and Marketing efforts of all current communities, you will play a large part in the organization's future expansion plans, including opening of new communities and assisting in broadening the service offerings across the care continuum. Whilst there are already clear Sales and Marketing strategies in place, the incoming VP will have the opportunity to shape the division as they see fit, in-line with the company's corporate aims and values.

Responsibilities

- The position provides strategic planning and direction for all sales of products and marketing services across the enterprise, including the development of micro-strategies for each of the markets they serve.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategy to deliver improvements in Occupancy and general income.

- Supervise all corporate sales & marketing personnel and indirect supervision of all sales personnel throughout the business.

- Must ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures and Sales Systems are followed at the organizational, regional, and community levels.

- Provide the general direction for administration, finance, office management, marketing, sales, and personnel.

- In-depth understanding of the Sales matrix within the US Healthcare market, specifically within Elder care, in Senior Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care.

- Charismatic leader, with strong interpersonal skills with ability to pass Sales strategy and enthusiasm down to the on-site and regional Sales reports.

- Developing innovative Marketing strategies to target and win new business, including the implementation of on-line marketing strategies to reach a broader customer base.

- Ability create and drive a culture of responsible selling across not only the Sales teams but also into communities and at every customer interface.
