To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a leading financial advisory firm and investment bank, is seeking a Vice President of Facilities to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5:30/6pm (flexible depending on business needs) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of facility operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and janitorial services
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
  • Ensure facilities comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Support capital projects related to facility expansion, renovation, or upgrades
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing facilities management
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
  • Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Prior experience overseeing an office move and buildout
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $140-150K base depending on experience + bonus
  • 20 vacation days and 2 personal days
