To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a leading financial advisory firm and investment bank, is seeking a Vice President of Facilities to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5:30/6pm (flexible depending on business needs) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives
- Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of facility operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and janitorial services
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
- Ensure facilities comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Support capital projects related to facility expansion, renovation, or upgrades
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing facilities management
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
- Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Prior experience overseeing an office move and buildout
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140-150K base depending on experience + bonus
- 20 vacation days and 2 personal days
