This role will primarily focus on selling alternative investment products to prospective institutional investors in North America. Reporting to the Partners on the North America sales team, the position offers a compensation package initially comprising a base salary and a subjective annual bonus. As revenue flow reaches a sustainable level, the position will transition to full commission compensation. This is a rare opportunity within our firm that has had minimal employee turnover. Desired Skills & Experience

Given the complexity of alternative products, candidates should possess a strong foundation of technical competence in investments, particularly within alternatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency as a sales professional, with a track record of effectively converting existing leads and cultivating new relationships. While possession of Series 7 and 63 registrations, along with sales experience, is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for hire. Additionally, strong work ethic, multitasking abilities, and aptitude for thriving in both team-oriented and independent work environments are vital for success. This position is an office-based role in New York City and necessitates significant travel to drive sales.
