Our experienced bankers are deeply committed to the success of our clients and manage every service from start to finish. We were established in 2015 and are located in San Juan and New York.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Vice President Investment Banking role in San Juan. The Vice President will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including financial modeling, finance, due diligence, and analytical skills. The Vice President must also manage clients and provide recommendations on complex financial and strategic projects. The Vice President should also be able to lead teams and coach others.

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 to $120,000

Bonus: Up to $120,000

Qualifications

• Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Finance and Investment Banking
• Experience in Due Diligence
• Leadership and Coaching experience
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
• Professional certifications are a plus
• Finra Series 79 is required (or willingness to take the FINRA required exams)
