Position Details: Client: Ascendion / Fidelity Job Tittle: UX Designer Location: 100% Remote (Going to work as per EST / CST Time Zone) Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibilities of further extension Required Skills and Qualifications: Must haves:
- 7 to 9+ years of UX Design or related experience is preferred.
- Design skills which include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods, or wireframing.
- Experience in using research to support evidence-focused design decisions
- A foundation of development knowledge (both web and mobile preferred)
- A digital portfolio is required.
Plusses:
- Experience designing for financial applications
- A degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors
- Familiarity with the value of design systems
- Advocate for wireframing first, design second
Day-to-day:
- Work across organizations to drive consistent customer experiences
- Partnering with the user researcher, subject matter experts, and the director to understand what to design and why
- Iterate on wireframes to solve real problems

- You will use qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
