CompanyUS Open Industry Arts & Entertainment Location Corona , NY We are seeking Court Attendants to monitor and control restricted areas.
Responsibilities:
Follow safety rules and regulations
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Provide courts with supplies needed for proper operation
Maintain and upkeep the courts during match play
Replenish supplies
Clean up the courts after each match
Dry courts when it rains
Maintain proper use, storage, and placement of equipment
Properly stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, and benches
Qualifications:
Previous guest or customer service related experience
Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament
Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts and be available days, nights and weekends
Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods
Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment as well as during stressful situations
