US Content Manager, Commerce

MailMetroMedia is seeking a Content Manager to join our growing team to help us create the best shopping-focused content including longer lead reviews, features and videos.

The enthusiastic candidate will have excellent commerce and affiliate product knowledge. They will manage all aspects of how we present our content, both on our owned and operated sites and on external platforms.

Working primarily with the Head of Commerce, Commerce Editor and UX&D teams, they will manage article and video designs: layouts, templates, third party tech integrations and the overall product set for all commerce content.All with the single aim of optimising the performance of our content.

Main Duties of the Role

• the presentation of our commerce article and video content; across a variety of platforms and mediums
• production of newsletters, email and CRM programme
• page production for syndication
• production of video for social media
• content calendar for articles & social

Essential skills and experience

• experience in producing shoppable content on digital platforms
• communication skills, written and spoken English
• with CRM systems
• using WordPress or similar CMS system
• commercial outlook, continually seeking ways to advance monetisation
• working in a fast-paced environment
• team player with excellent interpersonal skills
