Responsibilities:
- 1-2+ years of Leasing Agent experience (not just leasing administration, you must be able to speak about your experience working directly with tenants)
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies, maintain good customer relations with current and prospective residents
- Tour prospective tenants around the building and explain benefits of building and location
- Strong follow-up and communication with prospects, successful closing techniques
- Manage online, email, and phone inquiries; oversee application process, verifications, building inventory, and policies
- Manage online apartment listings
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of Residential Luxury Leasing Agent experience
- Weekends and on-site required
- NYS Real Estate license required
