Technical Experience:Expertise in storytelling & narrative across a wide range of games & digital mediaA solid understanding of game development from a game design/UI perspectiveExposure to the casino/slots / mobile industry with good familiarity with marketplace trendsA high degree of autonomy & self-management, as you will need to broadly plan out your workload and manage your delivery (deadlines, quality benchmarks, etc.)Good communication & team management skills, as in many situations, you will need to coach your team in getting buy-in from the team for their ideas and suggestionsCreative and imaginative, but with a strong pragmatic streakIndustry experience - Ideally, you will have some slots experience, but this is not essential.
