Our ideal candidate has 5 plus years experience in estate, corporate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families and has experience with client acquisition and management and can manage all aspects of estate administration from probate through estate administration and if necessary estate litigation.
Estate Planning expertise must include drafting all estate planning documents ( Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy, Living Wills), charitable gifting, tax planning and corporate and succession planning documents including LLCs..
Excellent client-interaction skills and the ability to handle client consultations, planning meetings, seminars and webinars with experience and ability to oversee large case load and paralegal staff. You will get an opportunity to learn and grow with a great firm.
Attorneys own their positions and are 100% responsible for their own work and caseloads. You will have extensive client contact and opportunities to represent the firm outside of the office. You will have autonomy and independence while being part of a collaborative team.
