The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys and accountants. Responsibilities will include all phases of trusts and estates administration, litigation and planning. Strong knowledge of Surrogate s Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration, accounting proceedings and contested matters) is essential. Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable. The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Excel. The position is expected to be hybrid with time in the office as needed. Salary between $120,000 and $150,000, commensurate with experience.
