Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of wills, probate, estate planning and other related areas.
Utilize your expertise in Estate Planning to assist clients in preparing wills, trusts, and handling probate procedures.
Analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to Estate Planning.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NJ State and Federal Laws relevant to Estate Planning.
Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empathetic advice during stressful times.
Contribute positively to the Williams Law Group culture.
Actively manage a case load of Estate Planning matters, meeting a defined monthly billable hour requirement and collected dollar budget.
Manage and delegate legal work to a para-professional to facilitate that professional s meeting his or her billable hour requirement and collected dollar budget.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the NJ State Bar and in good standing.
8+ years of experience practicing Estate Planning.
Trial experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive Trusts and Estates matters with discretion and integrity.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Portable book of business of at $144,000 - $200,000.
Nice to Have But Not Required
Bilingual in Spanish
Admitted to NY State Bar, in good standing and accessible to NY courts

Salary listed is based on experience, not years of practice, and earning potential is unlimited since commissions are paid for generating cases.
