Traveling Superintendent

Tiello has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial ground-up projects valued anywhere from $5MM - $20MM. (Traveling position)

Title: Traveling Superintendent (Multifamily preferred)

Project Types: Gas Station ground up and remodel construction

Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
• Organize and layout project site logistics
• Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
• Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
• Review subcontractor meetings

Qualifications:

• Understanding of drawings and specifications
• Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
