Stats Access, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.
Job Description & RequirementsD/N Rotate Shift.AHA Certifications: BLS & ACLS required.Minimum 2 years of experience required.Must have recent experience in MS/tele that takes post-surgical/ cath lab patients.Femoral Sheath pull experience preferred.Primarily receives CHF patients, acute MIs post device care.Patient type: CHF, Acute MIs, arrhythmias, acute MIs post device care (pacemakers, AICDs, post PTCIs) coming from Cath Lab. NO A-lines and arterial sheaths but can take temporary external pacemakers.Unit is staffed for acute intermediate care for cardiac patients and general medical patients.LVAD patients are housed in this unit; no experience necessary but must be interested in learning.RN is expected to help with blood draws.
