**Location:** Wayne, NJ, US Rochester, NY, US * Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required
* 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in the freight forwarding industry
* Experience in FCL / LCL Ocean Cargo logistics and documentation
* Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards; working knowledge of import and export transportation
* Proficient knowledge of world geography, import documentation, and Incoterms.
* Experience with DG & Hazmat shipment requirements
* SAP and GTS system experience preferred but not required
* Knowledge of Free Trade Zone preferred but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; specifically MS Word, Power Point, Excel & Teams
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and remotely (if necessary)
* Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to work across functions and interact with next levels of the organization
* Understands and responds to situations that require a sense of urgency
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
