**This Opportunity**
WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Transportation** **Management Center Program Manager** for ourNew York Stateoperations. **This position can be based** **out of any of our New York state or Northeast WSP Office locations.**
**Your Impact**
Develop and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes and practices
Supportproject administrative processes such as progress reporting, performance management, and invoicing
Leadstaff recruiting and development efforts
Work with operations staff and clients to identify, develop and implement technical and operational improvements
**Who You Are**
**Required Qualifications**
Minimum of 5 years' experience in TMC/Traffic operations
Experience in managing projects and tasks from inception to completion
Experienceapplying project management principles
**Preferred Qualifications**
5-10 yearsTMC experience preferred
Bachelors degree requiredUndergraduatedegree
Experience working with New York State Department of Transportation
Experiencewith data analytics
Technicalwriting experience
