**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Transportation CAD Technician position in our Rochester or Buffalo, NY offices.
**Responsibilities**
Work as part of a team in all facets of transportation engineering including roadway, trail, and pedestrian type projects. Tasks would include: preparation of CAD documents for civil engineering projects with a focus on highway and municipal type projects.
**Qualifications**
* Associates or Bachelors degree in Design Technology or CAD Related Certificate Program
* 0 to 10 years-experience in transportation / municipal type projects
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Should be proficient in Microstation / AutoCAD, InRoads / Civil 3D
* Oversee preparation of CAD documents developed by other technical staff
* Ensuring document quality, consistency and production efficiency
* Proficiency in MS Office software
* Rendering & animation of project corridors a plus.
