You will play a key role in improving and bringing the platform to new use cases and new customers by listening to, transcribing, and annotating the complex and high-dimensional audio and text data that drives the intelligence behind this product. You will join a small, highly collaborative team in analyzing and annotating spoken and written multi-speaker dialogues. Tasks include transcribing speech into text, identifying and correcting automatic speech recognition errors, identifying and annotating important entities for named entity recognition, classifying speaker intents, and quality checking the data, etc. Given the highly sensitive nature of this data, you will be required to work on-site in our facility.

Meticulously proofread and correct your own and others transcriptions and/or annotations for accuracy and consistency.

Promptly communicate with supervisor(s) when there are issues with or concerns about the data, etc.
