**Training Support Specialist**

He/She is a trusted partner to the Head of T&L Tech and Analytics and Go to Market (GTM) training team. Working to support the team in achieving the strategic and operational training and web design and maintenance deliverables. Digitally fluent and is adaptable and flexible in the role to support a rapidly evolving T&L function.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the selection and smooth execution of virtual and live classes offered by Tech and Analytics training from start to finish across IQVIA
Creation and maintenance of websites focused on learning with 2+ years of experience in developing/ supporting websites created in SharePoint
Experience in HR function support in areas such as in research, and layout in keeping with industry trends and IQVIA brand
Ability to prioritize business requests in a timely manner for learning and certifications requests
Upload Masterclasses and maintain distribution lists for continuous learning
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
Digitally fluent in foundations of technology and aligned training to make relevant recommendations based on business needs
Support the T&L team to create targeted curriculum for technology and GTM
A background of working in pharma will be a plus
Coordination with content-providing vendors to offer courses by proficiency depth
Website design and development experience to help design Go to Market (GTM), as well as technology one-stop-shop hubs
Updating learning content by relevance and business strategy as directed
Research mindset into latest training tools and trends
Be a learning partner to all functions and manage via ticket queues in a timely manner
Knowledge in cloud highly desirable to support cloud transformation project across the enterprise
Research market and internal best practices as directed
Coordinate and keep up to date T&L marketing assets, representing team initiatives and offerings
Able to work in an agile manner to accommodate changing priorities within the role
Participate in task forces and working team to achieve HR strategy
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A minimum of Power user knowledge of SharePoint highly desired
Experience/ background in technology a big plus
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships
Self-starter able to find out of the box solutions
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines
Very strong analytical skills, project management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Agile in work style with ability to flex as needed
Foundational knowledge of technologies including: Cloud, AI, and data tools such as Power BI, is a huge plus
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Technology or related field
2 or more years of related experience in HR/Talent & Learning
Works independently or with a team on multiple projects as a project team member
