Job Description:
- Complete settlements for distressed and par bank debt trades on both domestic and international levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate review of trade confirmations and assignment agreements.
- Coordinate necessary internal transfer documents and funding memos.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and interpreting underlying Credit Agreements.
- Manage the settlement process for private security transactions.
- Navigate complex restructurings efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the Trading Desk to validate the accuracy of daily trading activities.
- Maintain system accuracy regarding various financial transactions such as interest payments, contract rollovers, paydowns, PIK s, drawdowns, and restructures.
- Supervise participations and collateral payments.
- Perform quarterly reconciliation and review of P&I cash for specific CLO/Warehouses, working closely with Trustees and Administrators to resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze and evaluate CLO compliance tests for monthly report determination and waterfall distributions.
- Resolve trade settlement issues and ensure position accuracy by interacting with external counterparties, agents, trustees, and administrators.
- Monitor daily cash reconciliations and address any discrepancies with external parties as necessary.
