A market leading, multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund, are looking to make a newly created hire for its illiquid trading desk.
Working in a specialist team that specifically focus on the firm s illiquid / complex transactions, the hire will work with an industry recognised front office team, with a remit covering both finance & investment focused responsibilities. The hire will get full front-to-back exposure across illiquid deals / hard to value assets, which can be extremely varying in their nature and complexity, across a vast array of global investments.
Candidates should have 2-5yrs experience in a trade support / MO / operations / product control / trader assistant role. The ideal candidate would have had good exposure to illiquid assets/products, however broader experience across credit / distressed / real estate / loans would be fine. Advanced tech skills and a strong academic profile are preferable.
Whilst there is flexibility, the role is roughly paying a $120-130k base salary + a large % bonus for a top performer. All employees receive an excellent benefits package + the opportunity to work 1 day from home per week.
