Job Description:

Our life-sciences agency client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team 40hrs per week for 3-6 months with the possibility to go fulltime for the right fit. This is an onsite role in Manhattan near Union Square - 5 days per week at least to start. Could become more flexible but not promised. This is not negotiable.

This is a fast-paced agency that needs multiple senior-level PMs to jump right in and get start. The ideal candidate has experience working on trade shows. Ideally you've previously planned trade shows, worked with fabricators, and have with experience handling logistics for trade shows. Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and proven project management experience in the marketing & advertising industry.

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

-Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.

-Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address issues and keep projects on track.

-Manage project risks and proactively identify potential roadblocks.

-Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and maintained appropriately.

-Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

-At least 5 years of project management experience in the marketing/advertising industry.

-Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

-Excellent technology skills, both written and verbal.

-Experience with project management tools.

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
