We are seeking individuals with established commercial or residential real estate contacts in the New York area. You will leverage your existing network to open doors to key decision makers for title insurance in commercial and residential real estate deals.
This is a 100% commission role.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your network of commercial or residential real estate contacts to identify and connect with key decision makers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders in the NY/NJ market.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our title agency, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Established commercial or residential real estate contacts in the NY area
- General knowledge of the real estate industry and title insurance is helpful but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
