Position Summary: We are working with an excellent non-profit organization that is seeking a licensed clinical professional, such as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMHC-LP, with a graduate degree, to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and specialized training in treating individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of recipients, providing ongoing therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Therapist will participate in regular supervision sessions and engage in professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care management.
• Offer individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Assess recipients' needs and risks, documenting all services provided.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Identify and address the needs of high-risk recipients through individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of recipient care and progress.
• Serve as a liaison between recipients and administration to resolve any care-related issues promptly.
