**Territory Sales Manager**

We are currently seeking a **Territory Sales Manager** with high energy and a proven track record of success to join our North America Building Insulation Sales team. This position will be based near **Pittsburg, PA.**
Mission critical to your success in this position will be achieving established sales and revenue goals in your assigned territory by maintaining and expanding ROCKWOOLs position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector. Your daily routine will include engaging with customers and cultivating robust business relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring long term success. You will leverage your analytical skills by providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts and other data to effectively drive growth. You will make full use of all digital tools including ROCKWOOL's CRM to track activity on a weekly basis and will maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in your assigned territory.

* 2+ years industry experience working in sales with a proven sales track record
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Valid drivers license
* College degree
* High drive, commitment, energy and integrity
* Excellent time management skills
* Solid written and verbal communication skills (presentations) and attention to detail
* Experienced and proficient in MS Office applications
* Reasonable understanding of the commercial and residential construction process
* Ability to represent the ROCKWOOL Way values of Ambition, Responsibility, Integrity and Efficiency
