Salary: Draw against commission structure

This posting is for an affiliate marketing and sales company. Employment will not be directly with Consumer Legal Group.

We are searching for driven sales associates to help generate clientele for a new law firm focused on Tenant Landlord relations. As a mission based start-up, we are dedicated to advocating, advising and defending clientele on their legal matters. As the first point of contact for our (future) valued clients, you play a vital role in the success of the company. We are looking to expand our existing staff of a sales team, lawyers and legal assistants. An ability to work in a feedback friendly and quickly changing landscape is a must as we are currently experiencing rapid growth. Experience with telesales, call center or cold calling environment is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to clients who are experiencing legal hardship with their current living situation.
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding their case, our services, and company policies to clients.
  • Assist clients with any concerns and produce results.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved client issues to the appropriate department.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our CRM, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve results.
  • Meet individual and team targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn about, and comprehend potentially legal concepts and convey them clearly to clients.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications that Predict Success

Experience:

  • 2 years of telesales, call center or cold calling experience required.
  • Exceptional go-getter attitude.
  • Motivated about our mission & providing solutions to clients in need.
  • Empathetic and understanding approach to clients who may be in duress.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of resolving issues efficiently and effectively in real time.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision while adhering to quotas and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and related operation services software applications.

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to speak fluently in English (and/or Spanish if applicable) by telephone, to clients or employees of the organization.

Compensation:

Draw to commission structure. You sell enough to cover your base before you begin earning commission. Commission is paid out based on client s payments that clear. Base salary is 55k. Current on target earnings are currently around 91k. Each associate is on pace to hit or over achieve their current target.

Our office is located in the Financial District. We work in the office Monday-Thursday and work from home optionally on Fridays.
