Telecom / Broadband Infrastructure Supervisor

The Infrastructure Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing telecom network installations and maintenance, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to customers. Focus:
- Supervise and support the installation and maintenance of voice and data telecom networks, with a focus on fixed wireless and fiber broadband technologies.
- Lead a team of technicians in executing field installation plans and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to communicate progress, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and quality standards, following established procedures and practices.
- Manage workflow for preventative maintenance efforts and production fixes, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise in signal propagation, interference mitigation, and network optimization in wireless environments.
Skill Set:
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong preference for experience in fixed wireless technology and installations, along with knowledge of VoIP systems and networking protocols, familiarity with tools and equipment used in wireless installations, and understanding of signal propagation and interference mitigation techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize network performance.
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and quality in a deadline-focused environment.
