- Client provides reliable same-day delivery at scale to our enterprise retail partners via our Client Driver delivery partners while also offering in-store pickup.
- Client includes built-in customer service, real-time inventory, out of stock buffers, and capacity management controls, allowing our partners to take full advantage of their existing technology investments while adding a new sales channel to drive incremental order volume at retail stores nationwide.
Mission:
- Onboard as many stores as possible for Client to offer same day delivery to the most customers.
Day to Day:
- Manual node configurations using scripts and databases.Not much coding - but lots of manual system configuration across Client Systems.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate degree in a related area and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Must Haves:
- 1-3 Years of related work experience.Recent Programming experience in at least one language e.g. Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Associate Degree or higher in related field.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business problems.
- Understands Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to understand technical documents meticulously execute standard operating procedures defined to support business configuration requirements across various technical services/systems.
- Familiar with HTTP Protocols, REST API's, build environments, CI & CD, testing frameworks.
Plusses:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Local to NY (not required)
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software.

Top must-have hard skills:
